2、低成本，加强成本管理，才能在竞争中处于有利地位。我国中小型企业在传统的经营模式的影响下，存在成本意识淡薄、观念落后等等的弊端，因此通过成本管理研究用发展的眼光、创新的思路，有效的提高企业成本核算水平和成本信息的准确性，提高企业的经营管理水平，分析出企业在管理方面的问题和不足，提出建议加以改善，从而有效提高企业员工成本意识，提高企业经济效益。本文通过收集和整理公诚监理公司的财务和运营状况，对公司的成本管理状况进行了 SWOT 分析，并提出了基于SWOT 分析的战略策略：SO 策略、WO 策略、ST 策略和 WT 策略。关键词:成本管理；企业；公诚监理有限公司；SWOT 分析法；案例标题不规范；论
