2、 3.2 所示.153.3 梯形图如图 3.3 所示.163.4 程序仿真图及系统说明.19结束语.24致谢.25参考文献.26摘要 随着我国国城市化进程的推动，中小城市(镇)数量的不断增多，由其带来的水污染问题日趋严重。序批式活性污泥法(简称 SBR)符合中小城镇污水处理的基本要求，但必须实现自动控制，才能发挥其优势，使其具有更加广阔的应用前景。随着自动化技术、计算机技术的不断发展、完善,污水处理厂的自动化水平也相应提高。而 PLC 控制器以其技术成熟、通用性好、可靠性高、安装灵活、扩展方便、性能价格比高等一系列优点，在工业控制中得到了越来越广泛的应用。本文主要介绍了污水处理厂自动控制系统的
3、组成、功能及如何利用 PLC 实现自动控制。在污水处理中采用 PLC 控制系统改造后，提高了自动控制的可靠性,不仅减轻了工人的劳动强度 ,而且提高了污水处理厂的运行效率和运行效益,实现了污水厂生产管理的科学性。关键词：PLC 污水处理 SBR 工艺The Sewage Treatment System Based on PLCAbstractAbstract Along with our countrys urbanization drive, small and medium-sized cities (town), the increasing number of water pollut

Key words Sewage treatment PLC SBR process第一章 绪论1.1 国内污水处理行业的发展地球虽然有 70.8的面积为水所覆盖，但淡水资源却极其有限，人类真正能够利用的是江河湖泊以及地下水中的一部分，仅占地球总水量的0.26，而且分布不均。20 世纪 50 年代以后，全球人口急剧增长，工业发展迅速。全球水资源状况迅速恶化， “水危机”日趋严重。一方面，人类对水资源的需求以惊人的速度扩大；另一方面，日益严重的水污
9、染蚕食大量可供消费的水资源。 全世界每天约有 200 吨垃圾倒进河流、湖泊和小溪，每升废水会污染8 升淡水；所有流经亚洲城市的河流均被污染；美国40的水资源流域被加工食品废料、金属、肥料和杀虫剂污染；欧洲55 条河流中仅有 5 条水质差强人意。20 世纪，世界人口增加 了两倍，而人类用水增加了 5 倍。世界上许多国家正面临水资源危机： 12 亿人用水短缺， 30 亿人缺乏用水卫生设施。 中国水资源人 均占有量少，空间分布不平衡。随着中国城市化、工业化的加速，水资源的需求缺口也日益增大。在这样的背景下，污水处理行业成为新兴产业，目前与自来水生产、供水、排水、 中水回用行业 处于同等重要地位。 截至 2005 年底，全国 661 个设市城市中，已有 383 个城市建成污水处理厂 792 座，污水处理率由 2000 年的 34提高到 52，并形成了适合国情的污水处理技术路线和管理机制。其中，有135 个城市的污水处理率已达到或接近 70，单
