It includes all necessary information that will help you with questions you may have. The manual is divided by the machine functions, giving you a handy re

Any of these factors may change

STAPLA recommends that welded parts, especially those intended for critical or life supporting medical applications be carefully inspected and tested after welding, to assure their soundness and suitability for their intended purpose. The ultrasonic welding unit CONDOR may not be
9、used for any other application without the manufacturers written permission. Any unauthorized use constitutes mishandling and the manufacturer shall not be liable for any resultant damage or injury. When handled in accordance with the instructions contained in this manual, the weld unit is safe to o
10、perate. However, if the warnings and safety precautions are not strictly observed, the unit can be hazardous. Any improper use, including any failure to observe the warnings and safety precautions, constitutes mishandling and the manufacturer shall not be liable for any resultant damage or injury. C
11、ONDOR Reference 1 - 7 -1.4 Precaution symbols used in this manual The following warnings and safety related cautionary notices in the individual chapters alert you to various levels of danger: 1.5 Safety instructions Damage of Tooling To avoid Damage of Tooling never put steel pins or similar materi
12、als between the Weld Tooling. The only exception is during the process of set up. Loud noises during welding indicates touching of the tooling. To avoid damage of the tooling please check the tooling and/or fixture set-up. Correct if necessary (see maintenance instructions). Carrying the Unit Never
13、carry or relocate the machine with the HF (high frequency) cable attached. Starting the Machine Start the machine only when the weld material is inserted, except when in SETUP-Mode. Care of Tooling Care for your tooling and machine regularly as explained in the Care Reference. Keep tooling grease an
14、d oil free. Repair and Maintenance Before each repair and maintenance procedure insure that the unit is unplugged. Repair and maintenance may only be performed by trained personnel. Spare Parts It is recommend to use only original spare parts for replacement of parts subject to wear. Cleanliness Alw
15、ays keep the machine and your work area clean. Identifies working and operating procedures, which, if not followed, can lead to serious injuries. Refers to working and operating procedures, which must be observed to avoid minor injuries or property damage. Note: The gauge blocks included may only be
