4、立场。在这样的宏观环境，当前也只有加快中国高等学校的信息化进程，不断创新，跨越式发展，以满足整个高等教育系统的不断解构与整合要求。浙江省高校信息管理就已在积极建设中，大多数院校实施信息素质教育，但也存在一些问题，本文旨在分析应用的现状及浙江省高校信息管理存在的问题，并提出了一些改进建议。本文从五个章节来讨论研究浙江省高校信息管理这一课题，第一部分是绪论、研究背景和研究意义。国内外研究现状和研究方法。第二部分为信息化管理的理论概述，从信息化管理的含义和信息化管理的基本特征以及信息化管理在院校中的作用来阐述。第三部分研究浙江省高校院校信息化管理的应用现状，主要从浙江省高校信息化管理重视程度、浙江省
5、高校学校院校信息化管理制度和管理模式内容体系构建、浙江省高校学校院校信息化管理软硬件设施、浙江省高校学校院校信息化管理人员结构、浙江省高校学校院校信息资源利用现状来说明。第四部分探讨浙江省高校信息化管理中存在的问题分析，从学校领导及档案管理者对学校档案信息化管理重视程度、院校信息化管理制度和管理模式、院校信息化体系、院校信息化建设软硬件设施配备、院校信息化管理人员结构、院校信息资源的利用程度、学校院校管理信息化程度来说明。第五部分为浙江省高校学校院校信息化管理的实践创新对策，本文提出了加强宣传、提高重视、制订符合学校实际的学校院校管理制度和管理模式、加强高校院校管理标准化建设、完善学校院校内容
