1、1浅浅析析希希尔尔特特的的库库存存控控制制关关键键词词：供供应应链链 库库存存控控制制 希希尔尔特特 J JI IT T M MR RP PI II I论论文文摘摘要要：库存是企业生产管理的重要组成部分，加强库存控制是生产企业降低成本、提高生产效率、增强企业竞争力的重要途径，它对于大幅度提高企业的资金周转率和回报率以及提升产品竞争力具有特别重要的意义。在经济全球化的今天，市场竞争进一步加剧，传统的仅仅依靠企业内部资源和竞争力的管理模式已经无法适应新的竞争形势，供应链管理成为企业发展的方向。文章在对户外用品制造业实地调查的基础上，分析了目前希尔特公司在库存控制中存在的问题，创造性提出以企业为核心
2、，将上游供应商和下游经销商纳入公司的管理体系，供应链各节点企业的库存要优 势，提高盈利能力具有一定的现实意义。本文从原材料、在制品、产成品三方面 对希尔特户外用品公司的库存 控制问题进行了分析，并结合公司库存控制的实际状况，提出库存控制策略。首先，介绍了希尔特公司的背景，希尔特公司库存控制的现状；然后， 对市场需求进行了分析，针对希尔特公司的库存控制存在的问题及原因进行分析； 最后针对希尔特户外用品公司的这些问题，提出要优化流程，明晰希尔特户外用品公司库存管理控制的体系；改善企业库存控制策略，同时对生产线进行同步化、均衡化改善，实现从采购到生产的“成套运作”，降低库存。Keywords: Su
