This paper has been a detailed analysis to the kinds and usage of documents, the importance and signif
8、icance of documents, the process of making documents and some particular information about documents. Certainly, I will add some experience and lesson of mine to the paper. The purpose of writing this paper is to summarize the methods the documents making, which aspects we should pay attention in th
