1、硕士研究生学位论文 摘要 I摘要摘要党的十六届四中全会上提出了构建社会主义和谐社会的重大决策。我国要构建的社会主义和谐社会是以人为本、各方利益关系得到有效协调的社会。目前社会和谐是中国特色社会主义的本质属性，是国富民强、人民幸福的重要保证。我国在构建和谐社会的过程中出现了一些不和谐的问题，如贫富差距过大使人与人之间不和谐；人类乱砍滥伐破坏生态环境使人与自然之间不和谐；就业形势严峻，无业人口越来越多造成社会不稳定使人与社会不和谐等等。随着经济的发展，企业对社会的影响力逐步加大。如果企业能够承担社会责任，在创造利润、对股东利益负责的同时，还承担起对员工、社会和环境的责任，包括遵守商业道德、安全生产
2、、保护劳动者合法权益及资源等，和谐社会中出现的不和谐问题将会得到有效解决。企业承担社会责任会促进人与人、人与自然、人与社会的和谐，从而促进和谐社会的构建。同时由于企业积极地履行了社会责任，给社会公众树立了良好的企业形象，从而提高了产品销售额，也促进了企业自身的发展。在构建和谐社会中，一方面企业以人为本协调劳资双方利益关系，从企业内部夯实社会和谐的基础。另一方面维护社会利益相关者权益，从企业外部构建社会和谐的环境。虽然企业社会责任要求企业在创造利润，追求股东利益最大化的同时，还要承担对职工、环境和社会的责任。但并不是所有的企业都能自觉地承担社会责任，很多企业以违章违规作业、污染环境、损害职工的利
3、益等手段来扩大利润谋求自身的发展，如在安全生产方面，许多重大安全生产事件时常发生；在环境污染方面，一系列重大环境污染事件其肇事者也多数是企业，结果导致国家财产损失和人民群众的生命丧失；在维护职工合法权益方面，拖欠职工的工资引发劳动争议事件，还有一些企业不顾职工的身体健康，造成职业病等等。因此，研究和谐社会中企业社会责任对于和谐社会的实现和落实企业社会责任具有十分重要的现实意义。本文主要从以下四个方面阐述和谐社会中的企业社会责任。第一，构建和谐社会的基本理论与企业社会责任。第二，和谐社会构建中企业社会责任的含义与必要性。第三，和谐社会中企业社会责任实现存在的问题。第四，完善企业社会责任机制，实现

The socialist harmonious society which we want to build is people-oriented, in which the in

Social harmony is the essential attribute of socialism with Chinese characteristics, a wealthy and strong country, an important guarantee for peoples happiness. In the process of building a harmonious society there have been some discord, such
6、 as the ambassador of the wealth gap between people; human deforestation which damages the ecological environment harmony between human beings and nature; the employment situation and so on. More and more people lose jobs which leads to social instability and social disharmony. With economic develop
7、ment, corporate social influence gradually increase. If enterprise can undertake social responsibilities, create profits for shareholders, at the same time think of employees, take social and environmental responsibilities, including compliance with business ethics, product safety, occupational heal
8、th, protection of legitimate rights and interests of workers and resources, the discords within the community will be effectively resolved. Corporate social responsibility will promote the harmony of people and people, man and nature, human and society, thereby promoting the construction of harmonio
9、us society. Company actively carry out its social responsibility to the public, establish a good corporate image, so increase product sales, also contribute to the development of enterprise itself. In the process of building the harmonious society, company coordinates the interests of both employers
10、 and employees, and solidifies internally the foundation of social harmony on the one hand. On the other hand, company must protect the interests of stakeholders of society, and build outsidely social harmony. Corporate social responsibility is that company pursuits interests and maximizes sharehold
11、ers, at the same time must think about the workers, and environment, and social responsibility including safety, protecting resources and environment, safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of labors and so on. But many companies promote profits and seek their own development from pollutin
12、g environment and harming the interests of staff, such as unsafety and many environmental events, which make our state property lost and a lot of people died. Protecting the legitimate rights and interests of employees, some company owed wages, and brought labor controversies. There are some company
13、s which disregard the health of workers, and result to the occupational diseases. Therefore, the study of corporate social responsibility in the harmonious society have great practical significance. This paper describes corporate social responsibility of the harmonious society from the following fou
14、r aspects. First, the basic theory of building a harmonious society and corporate social responsibility. Second, the meaning of corporate social responsibility and necessity in building a harmonious society. Third, the problems of corporate social responsibility in the harmonious society.
