1、康师傅集团物流信息系统的建设分析I摘 要物流信息系统是建立在物流信息的基础上的，只有具备了大量的物流信息，物流信 息系统才能发挥作用。在物流管理中，人们要寻找最经济、最有效的方法来克服生产和 消费之间的时间距离和空间距离，就必须传递和处理各种与物流相关的情报，这种情报 就是物流信息。但是在实际操作中由于对物流信息系统的认识有偏差或者技能上的差距 导致很多企业没有建立很好的物流信息系统，本文就是以康师傅集团为例通过借助 SAP 的 R/3 系统完成了企业信息化改造，并取得了良好的效果。另外，康师傅十分重视跟踪 SAP 的新技术，有效利用 SAP 的客户支持服务，以保证企业信息系统的平稳运营，又通
