2、相当复杂，使得原有的纸质办公管理方式由于其效率低下、难以查找，保密性差等问题，给企业的发展带来了诸多不便。随着全国经济和科技的发展，信息化时代已经到来了，在大家的日常生活渐渐的越来越离不开信息化电子科技。其中一项重要的改革就是在日常的办公中无纸化办公逐渐取代了纸质办公。面向企业的 OA 系统设计与开发的主要目的是帮助企业提高企业的办公质量，和企业的办公效率，帮助企业处理平时较为浪费时间的业务。本文中对协同 OA 系统的研究背景及国内外研究现状等进行介绍，然后通过对系统的需求分析进行系统设计与实现。在本系统中对系统开发所涉及的相关技术进行了介绍。系统在设计与实现共结合软件工程的设计思想基础上完成
3、了公文管理模块、档案管理模块、个人办公管理模块、系统维护管理模块。该论文在经过对当今比较流行的一些企业办公管理系统的相关研究基础上，对企业的管理办公方式进行全方位的研究与分析，从而实现企业办公的系统化、实现企业办公的规范化、实现企业办公的无纸化和实现企业办公的自动化为目标，采用 B/S 结构，采用 Lotus Domino/Notes 作为开发应用平台，全面综合的考虑 Lotus Script、Java 等设计语言，结合 MVC 设计模式，采用分层开发方式完成了各子系统的实现。在协同 OA 系统中主要开发设计了公文管理模块、档案管理模块、个人办公管理模块、系统维护管理模块四个方面，其中公文管理
4、模块包括收文管理模块、发文管理模块和代理人查询三个子功能；档案管理模块主要包括档案设置、档案批复和档案维护三个子功能；个人办公管理模块包括借阅查询、借阅申请、名片管理、日程安排、记事本和电子邮件管理六个子功能；系统维护功能包括上传人员管理、权限管理、审核角色设定、公文办理流程设定和公文维护五个子功能。关键词：关键词：OA；Lotus Domino/Notes；MVC 模式；LotusScriptIIAbstractWith the rapid development, but also the extent of the change is quite complex, which makes
