2、性，提高了收尘效率，延长了滤袋使用寿命， 该设备不仅可作为破碎机、烘干机、煤磨、生料磨、篦冷机、水泥磨、包装机及各库顶 底的收尘设备，而且可直接作为生料立式磨（500g/m3）-Osepa 选粉机（1000g/nm3）的 收尘器，并保证出口排放浓度小于 100mg/nm3 收尘器。滤料采用涤纶针刺毡，使用寿命 平均可达二年以上，耐温 1200C，若采用诺曼克斯（nomex）滤料，耐温可达 2200C，滤 袋上口不设文氏管、喷吹管，降低了工作阻力，使检修、维护相当简便，电磁脉冲阀数 量为每室 12 个。规格有 11/2和 21/2二种，脉冲阀采用进口与国内同类产品相比， 具有控制灵敏、效率高，寿

Possessing the advantages of common dust collectors such as chambered back flushing and pulse jetting and overcoming the shortcoming of deficient kinetic energy in the chambered bac
5、k flushing and the simultaneous processing of ash removal and filtering in the pulse jetting, the product enhances the use adaptability, improves the ash removal efficiency and prolongs the filtering bags service life. It can not only be employed as a dust collector of crushers, dryers, coal mills,
6、raw meal mills, comb-chilling machine, cement grinding mills, packing machine, of the tops and bottoms of warehouses, but 3 also a dust collector of the raw meal vertical mills (500 g/m3) and Osepa powder concentrators (1000 g/nm3), ensuring an concentration of exhaust at the outlet less than 100mg/
7、nm3. The filtering material is terylene needed felt and can bear a temperature as high as 120, having a service life of longer than two years. If adopting Nomex filtering material, it can bear a temperature up to 2200C. The filtering bag is equipped with venture nor spray tube, thus lowering the wor
8、k resistance and making the repair and maintenance much convenient. One or two electromagnetic pulse valves are arranged in each chamber. With two specifications (11/2” and 21/2”) and being imported, the pulse valves has the characteristics of flexible control, high efficiency and long service life

At present, the equipment has by now been widely applied in the duct collecting of such industries as building material, metallurgy and electric power and particularly seen a quick popularization in the cement industry. 14、算的,而且也没有考虑扣除清灰时 离线室的过滤面积,实际选用时,应根据工况条件,先确定过滤风速,再根据处理烟气量按下 式求净过滤面积和总过滤面积。 净过滤面积 F净（）= 烟量 Q（m3/h） 60V（m/min） 总过滤面积 F净净（）= F净（1+ 1 室数 n） 再根据 F 总选择相应过滤面积的收尘器。 气箱脉冲袋收尘器的清灰是利用压缩空气进行的，对压缩空气的要求是清洁干燥，用户 应加配空气过滤器，压力保证不低于 0.5MPa ,耗气量可用下式计算: 耗气量(m/min)=室数 n每室脉冲阀数每次喷吹 清灰周期（m/n ） 系数 其中：的取定为：11/2脉冲阀 S=0.24 21/2脉冲阀
