1、1、 选择优质基材、粘接用胶及施工工具。目前市场常用基材有细木工板、中纤板、刨花 板等，选择时请注意其含水量、平整度等参数，特别是顺选用表面经过砂毛脱膜处理 的基材。粘接用胶则必须选择正牌优质强力胶。施工工具请尽量选择碳刚工具，施工 把有切割均顺从色纸的一面进刀 2、 在耐火板背面及基材表面均匀涂上强力胶。如果基材表面非常不平或吸水性较强，可 能需要上两次胶以使表面完全布胶。 3、 使耐火板背面及基材表面强力胶挥发至粘接要求。注意：由于季节、气候、地区等原 因，各品牌强力胶的挥发时间都会有所不同，请根据强力胶包装的使用建议，结合实 际操作经验及施工条件来决定挥发时间。 4、 将耐火板小心地粘到
2、基材上去。注意：当耐火板被压到基材上的，应将耐火板与基材 之间的空气赶出去，然后用滚轮或抹布压匀，务必使胶能均匀分布，同时避免残余的 空气在里面。 5、 进行修边、清洁等后期操作。1、Choose substrate,glue and tools with high quality. 3、rates when choosing.Be sure the substrates are well sanded.The glue used should be quality and with good adhesive strength.When cutting the laminate,please use carbon steel tool and make all cuts from the side of dcor paper.2、Evenly spread the glue on backside of the laminate and the surface of the
4、substate.If the surface is rugged and heavily water absorbing.a second spreading of glue is probably needed.3、Let the glue spread volatilize until as required. Notice:Volatilizing timediffers according to season, weather and geographic area. Please take practical experience & working condition into
5、account and refer to the indication on the package of the glue.4、Carefully adhere the laminate onto the substrate.Notice:any air between laminate and substrate should be driven out using rolling or rag while pressing the laminate to the substrate.Make sure the glue is well distributed and there is no any air between laminate and substrate.5、Trim the side and clean.
