1、摘 要汽车制动系统是汽车最重要的主动安全系统，制动器则是制动系统的执行机构，其性能好 坏直接影响汽车的安全。盘式制动器作为鼓式制动器的替代产品，具有热稳定性好、反应 灵敏等优势，但是盘式制动器本身也存在一些问题，并且鼓式制动器存在的一些问题，虽 然盘式制动器有一定程度改善，但并未得到完全解决，如热衰退、制动噪声等。本文开篇阐明了盘式制动器发展与现状，然后是设计的背景，性质及任务。通过对轿车盘 式制动器的深入学习和设计实践，主要是对轿车盘式制动器的零部件结构选型及设计计 算，更好地学习并掌握盘式制动器的结构原理与设计计算的相关知识和方法。介绍了盘式 制动器的各种类型，性能等，分析了盘式制动器和摩
