1、啤酒厂废水处理工艺设计I摘摘 要要本文针对啤酒车间废水处理工艺进行初步设计。啤酒废水含有许多有机的物质，这些有机物浓度较高，虽然无毒，但易于腐败，排入水体要消耗大量的溶解氧，对水体环境造成严重危害。啤酒废水中 BOD5/CODcr 值高，在50及以上，非常有利于生化处理。同时生化处理与物理法、化学法相比较；一是处理工艺比较成熟；二是处理效率高，CODcr、BOD5去除率高，一般可达8090以上；三是处理成本低（运行费用省） ；经过对各种处理工艺的对比，最终选择 UASB+生物接触氧化作为处理工艺。本工艺流程设有格栅、调节池，对污水进行预处理，去除水中较大的悬浮颗粒和调节水质水量。生化处理采用生
2、物接触氧化法，可提高有机物去除效率。沉淀池用来进行泥水分离。本流程简单稳定，对水量、水质的变化有很强的适应能力，同时确保出水的 COD、BOD和 SS 以及总氮，总磷指标达到广东省地方标准水污染排放限值一级标准。通过初步预算，该工艺也将带来可观的经济效益和良好的环境效益。本文对格栅、调节池、UASB 反应器、生物接触氧化池、二沉池、污泥池等主要构筑物进行计算，编制设计说明书，并绘制工艺流程、构筑物平面及高程、主要构筑物共四张图纸。关键词：关键词：啤酒废水；UASB；生物接触氧化；啤酒厂废水处理工艺设计IIAbstractThis articles was to make a prelimina

5、igh treatment efficiency, which CODcr, and BOD5 removal rate was high, generally up to 80% 90%, and low operating cost. UASB + biological contact oxidation was finally selected as treatment process after comparing the various treatment processes.First of all, the Pretreatment process was composed by
