1、啤酒厂废水处理工艺设计I摘摘 要要本文针对啤酒车间废水处理工艺进行初步设计。啤酒废水含有许多有机的物质,这些有机物浓度较高,虽然无毒,但易于腐败,排入水体要消耗大量的溶解氧,对水体环境造成严重危害。啤酒废水中 BOD5/CODcr 值高,在50及以上,非常有利于生化处理。同时生化处理与物理法、化学法相比较;一是处理工艺比较成熟;二是处理效率高,CODcr、BOD5去除率高,一般可达8090以上;三是处理成本低(运行费用省) ;经过对各种处理工艺的对比,最终选择 UASB+生物接触氧化作为处理工艺。本工艺流程设有格栅、调节池,对污水进行预处理,去除水中较大的悬浮颗粒和调节水质水量。生化处理采用生

2、物接触氧化法,可提高有机物去除效率。沉淀池用来进行泥水分离。本流程简单稳定,对水量、水质的变化有很强的适应能力,同时确保出水的 COD、BOD和 SS 以及总氮,总磷指标达到广东省地方标准水污染排放限值一级标准。通过初步预算,该工艺也将带来可观的经济效益和良好的环境效益。本文对格栅、调节池、UASB 反应器、生物接触氧化池、二沉池、污泥池等主要构筑物进行计算,编制设计说明书,并绘制工艺流程、构筑物平面及高程、主要构筑物共四张图纸。关键词:关键词:啤酒废水;UASB;生物接触氧化;啤酒厂废水处理工艺设计IIAbstractThis articles was to make a prelimina

4、e amounts of oxygen in the aquatic environment, causing serious harm.The value of BOD5/CODcr of brewery wastewater was high, generally 50% or more, which was very conducive to biochemical treatment.Compared to physical and chemical method, biochemical has some advantage, such as mature technology, h

5、igh treatment efficiency, which CODcr, and BOD5 removal rate was high, generally up to 80% 90%, and low operating cost. UASB + biological contact oxidation was finally selected as treatment process after comparing the various treatment processes.First of all, the Pretreatment process was composed by

6、 bar screen, regulating pond. The wastewaters quality and quantity were regulated and the large suspended particles were also removed in this part. Biological treatment by biological contact oxidation, can increase the organic matter removal efficiency. Traps used for spate separation.This simple pr
