Each time you start the vehicle, first start the diesel engine and make it run at the idle speed for 5 to 10 minutes till, and then start to move when the engine is heated and all the
3、gauges function normally. Never put the vehicle to sudden acceleration from cold-start. Raising the rotation speed rapidly in cold status will result damage of instruments and their corresponding parts after the engine stops, do not open water tank cap immediately to avoid being scalded. 9.凡新机运行达 15

5、1540，海拔高度为 2400m 以下的环境条件下能正常工作，禁止在水浸、 火灾环境下工作。在风沙大、粉尘多的环境下，应注意清理空气滤清器滤芯灰尘，滤芯如有破损应 马上更换。在气温低于-15或气温高于 40或海拔高度超过 2000m 时，用户应向玉柴技术、服务 部门咨询，采取有效措施以保证柴油机能正常工作。 10. The diesel engine is applicable to circumstances where the ambient temperature is between -15 and 40 and the elevation below 2400m. It is pro
6、hibited to operate the engine in submerged or fire circumstances. Under sandy or dusty circumstance, remember to frequently clean the dust of the element of air cleaner. If the element is broken, immediately replace it with a new one. When the ambient temperature is below -15 or above 40 or the elev
7、ation exceeds 2000m, you should consult with technical and service departments of Yuchai and then take effective measures to ensure normal work of the engine. 10、perature accordingly falls and operational reliability is improved. Intake and exhaust passages are arranged at both sides respectively. 12、 shall be installed vertically at the middle of each valve to form mixture in a better way. 两气门机型的缸盖螺栓有 5 个是长螺栓，连同摇臂轴座一起紧固，而四气门机型缸盖所有螺栓长度相同，摇臂轴座的紧固另有专门螺栓。 There are 5 long bolts of the cover bolts for 2-valve engine to fix the rocker seat. All the bolts are of the same length for 4-valve engine and
13、special bolts are used to fix the rocker seat. 由于气缸盖螺栓所受的预紧力较大，为减少变形，保证密封可靠，对气缸盖螺拴拧紧力矩的大小及顺序应予严格控制， 缸盖螺栓应能徒手拧尽采使用扭力扳手或扳手扭到位， 螺栓不可以和缸盖螺栓孔干涉。应按图 2 示顺序分三次均匀拧紧，不允许一次拧紧。 Because cylinder head bolt bears a larger pretightening force, magnitude and sequence of tightening torque of cylinder head bolts shoul
14、d be strictly controlled to reduce deformation and ensure reliable sealing. The cylinder head bolt should be tightened by hand first and then tightened in place by using a torque wrench or wrench; it is not allowed for the bolt to have any interference with the cylinder head bolt hole. Evenly tighte
