3、29 日摘摘 要要随着国家经济的发展，各类通信部门已经投运了大量的通信设备，设备先进，存储容量大，在一段时间内硬件能满足通信发展的需求。但是，通信机房数据、线路、设备和电路的信息量巨大、需要管理的数据也极其巨大，如果作为载体的网站授权系统落后，就会造成工作不稳定效率低，以及资源利用率差的情况。网站验证和授权是当今国内外发展的热门技术之一，而且在多个领域都得到广泛的应用。但是，就当今大多数网站验证授权管理系统来说，设计不合理、不规范，缺乏网络系统运行的稳定性，缺乏对网络系统运行安全性的考虑。在网络信息化的今天，网络身份验证和管理已成为电子政务、电子商务和各类网络在线应用的重要基础。当今世界各国对
4、构建一个可信的网络环境已达成共识，而网站身份验证和授权管理系统的构建在提高利用资源率、提升用户便利、加强安全和隐私保护等方面具有重大优势和意义。本文研究了基于通用网站身份验证和授权管理系统的设计。【关键词】网站；身份验证；授权；管理IAbstractWith the development of national economy，all kinds of Communication Division have been put into a large amount of communication equipment，advance equipment and large storage c

6、uipment room - which will result in the unstable or even none operation of system and poor resource utilization.Website authentication and authorization is one of the hot technologies developed at home and abroad today，which also is widely used in many fields.However，for most web sites verification
