1、毕毕业业论论文文 ( (设设计计 ) )学生姓名：学生姓名： 学学 号：号： 专专 业：业： 机械电子工程 答辩时间：答辩时间： 指导老师：指导老师： 评阅老师：评阅老师： 2摘摘 要要洗瓶设备主要用于食品、化工、制药等行业灌装前的瓶子清洗，洗瓶机由三部分组成，即进瓶机构、推瓶机构和洗瓶机构。进瓶机构的作用是将待洗瓶间歇的送入工作台，因其实间歇运动，可采用间歇机构来完成；推瓶机构的作用是将待清洗的瓶子平稳的推到工作台，要求其回程速度快，即具有急回特性，可利用凸轮和铰链四杆机构的组合来实现，依靠铰链四杆机构和凸轮本身的特性来完成所需要求；洗瓶机构包括内部清洗和外部清洗两部分，内部清洗可依靠推瓶机
