1、 毕业设计（论文）毕业设计（论文）题目：顺丰速运公司盈利模式研究题目：顺丰速运公司盈利模式研究顺丰速运公司盈利模式研究顺丰速运公司盈利模式研究摘要近年来，社会物流总额以平均每年 20增长，其中第三方物流的发展尤为迅速。在这样的大环境下，为了了解第三方物流公司的盈利模式，并对此做出分析，本文通过运用书籍和网络进行资料的查找，然后进行归类、分析、总结，达到了解第三方物流盈利模式的目的。本文阐述了第三方物流的发展历史和第三方物流公司的经营类型，然后以中国快递业的第二大企业顺丰速运集团公司的盈利模式为例，论证了顺丰速运集团公司盈利模式的形式、特点以及优劣性，进行了 SWOT 分析，并对顺丰速运提出作者
2、的建议和观点，得出了顺丰速运集团公司盈利模式的优缺点并以针对缺陷提出作者的建议，达到了了解和学习第三方物流盈利模式的目的。关键词：物流；第三方物流；盈利模式；顺丰速运；SWOT 分析STUDY ON PROFIT PATTERN OF THE S.F. Under such circumstances, in order to understand the profit pattern of the third party logistics and gives a analysis of it, this paper fully classified, analyzed and summarized all the information found through reference books and internet ,and thus, reach that pu
4、rpose. This paper states the development history of the third party logistics and the business types of its service provider. Meanwhile, it takes the profit pattern of S.F. Express Group Co., -the second big company in Chinese express delivery industry as an example to illustrate the shape,the featu
5、re and the superiority or inferiority of the companys profit pattern. At the same time, by carrying out SWOT analysis, the author brings up his own suggestions and opinions and conclusion to the strengths and weakness of the companys profit pattern. Finally, the author puts forward some suggestions
