1、摘要摘要 目前我国食品安全形势十分严峻，重大食品安全事故时有发生，对公众健康、社会稳定和经济发展造成严重影响。本文从对我国食品安全监管的现状、问题及其成因进行剖析，借鉴国外先进经验，对完善我国食品安全监管机制提出了相应建议。本文即试图从食品安全监管的制度入手，通过剖析其现状、发现其问题，在借鉴国外成功经验的基础上提出相应的对策建议，为我国的食品安全保障略尽绵薄之力。我国食品安全监管制度的主要问题在于食品安全法律体系不完备，预警能力不强，职责不清，监管机制不完善等方面。由此，要完善我国的食品安全监管制度，首先要遵循法治原则、效率原则和公开原则。具体来说，应构建完整的食品安全标准法规体系、健全食品
