14、关规定执行，国家和地方没有规定的，由双方商定。7.1 It is agreed between both parties that the design fee under this contract is calculated and charged according to the document No.10 (2002) Design Prices. The charging basis and method are in accordance with relevant national and local provisions, and will be determined by
15、both parties through negotiation, if there is no relevant national or local provision.7.2 如果上述费用为估算设计费，则双方在初步设计审批后，按批准的初步设计概算核算设计费。 工程建设期间如遇概算调整，则设计费也应做相应调整。7.2 If the above expense is estimated design fee, both parties shall check the design fee as per the approved budgetary estimate of the preliminary design, after the examination and approval of preliminary design.
