1、 基于基于 PLCPLC 的小型包装机控制系统设计的小型包装机控制系统设计摘要：本文介绍了一种块状糖果包装机的控制方案，从软、硬件两方面阐述了系统的组成和功能。根据糖果包装工艺特点，本系统流程主要为推搪-包糖-喷胶-截断。以三菱 FX2N 系列 PLC 为控制核心，利用 PLC 的强大功能，以松下 VF0 变频器控制一台三相异步电机完成上述流程，同时电气装置也能够按照设计要求稳定运行。本系统外部电路简单，具有微型化和低能耗的特点。此外，本系统加强了人机互动，利用力控组态软件开发了糖果包装机控制系统界面，实现包装过程的自动跟踪与监控。组态软件是新型的工业自控控制系统，它以标准的工业计算机软、硬件
