1、 提 要 目的：目的：系统收集整理古代医籍文献中的禁灸穴记载，阐明禁灸穴的发展历程，考辨其源流，总结主要禁灸穴在不同历史时期及整体的传承与发展变化，并整理归纳禁慎灸穴在现代文献中的记载，完善禁灸穴的文献研究，以便为灸疗理论及临床提供借鉴。 方法：方法：应用文献学方法，结合现代统计学手段，利用中华医典 （第四版）等软件系统进行古籍检索，建立数据库，对主要禁灸穴的出处、分部、归经等情况进行分析。 结果：结果： （1）禁灸穴在先秦至秦汉时期萌芽与提出，魏晋隋唐时期，禁灸穴理论基本形成；宋金元时期，禁灸穴理论继续继承和发展，明清时期是禁灸穴理论的兴盛时期。 （2） “禁灸穴”之称最早出自明代医经小学
2、。禁灸穴可分为禁灸穴、慎灸穴、妇、儿禁灸穴等 3 类。 （3）57 个主要禁灸穴从不同时期归经来看，足阳明胃经与足太阳膀胱经始终占前两位，足少阴肾经、足厥阴肝经 2 条经脉一直没有主要禁灸穴分布，阳经禁灸穴都明显多于阴经。 （4）古代文献主要禁灸穴的最大来源是早期记载禁灸穴的医著与明代始流传的禁灸歌赋。 关键词 禁灸穴；慎灸穴；妇人禁灸穴；小儿禁灸穴；文献研究 Study on Literature of Contramoxibustion-point on Fourteen Regular Meridians Specialty: Acupuncture and Moxibustion Cl

Look through the source record of main contramoxibustion-points, then sum up so as to promote the literature study of contramoxibustion-points, which may act as theoratical and clinical reference. 5、 In the light of the method of the literature combined with statistic analysis including as a example, the ancient literatures were retrieved and the database established,by which the source , body parts location and meridian tropism of main contramoxibustion-points are analized. Result:For the firs
6、t time,study on the source for ancient contramoxibustion-points were performed.The references of the contramoxibustion-points were definited and a new systematize classification was done.The situation of source,adoption, body parts location and meridian tropism for main contramoxibustion-points in d
7、ifferent periods,as well as the records of contramoxibustion-points in ancient literature were sorted out.
