2、 the Degree of Master Candidate：Liu Lihua Supervisor：Associate Prof. Yang Ruohong Hainan Normal University Haikou, China I 摘 要 改革开放以来，我国社会经济飞速发展，基础教育逐渐凸显出其相对滞后的现状，成为限制社会经济持续发展的一个重要因素，社会各界呼吁教育改革的声音愈加强烈。在此背景下，2001 年，我国开始了新一轮基础教育课程改革，海南省海口市成为新课改首批试点城市，2004 年海南省全部市县中学都开始进行新课程改革，至 2007 年，海南省新课改全部完成，历时 7
3、年。 语文作为一门重要的基础性学科，其新课改成效一直都为社会各界所关注。笔者试图通过对 2007 年到 2013 年海南省中考语文试题命题发展历程的深入研究， 为海南省语文新课改的效果作出一个客观的评价。 笔者以近年国家和海南省地方教育主管部门颁布的政策和文件为依据，运用比较法、综合分析法、归纳法、访谈法等科学、客观的研究方法，对 2007 年到 2013 年海南省中考语文试题的命题理念、试题结构、试题类型和分值、试题内容等方面进行具体的分析研究，总结出近七年来海南省中考语文试题命题的优点或发展趋势，并提出个人多年教学生涯总结出的一些有借鉴价值的中考复习建议。同时，笔者更希望研究成果能对海南省

Haikou City, Hainan Province, became the first pilot city of New Curriculum Reform. All cities and counties in Hainan Province in 2004 have started
6、 a new high school curriculum reform. To 2007, The New Curriculum reform fully completed in Hainan Province. Which lasted seven years. Language as an important basic disciplines, it has the effect of The New Curriculum reform are the concerns of the community. The authors would like through in-depth
7、 study of 2007 to 2013 in Hainan Province trick questions propositional language development process. Make an objective evaluation of the effect of New Curriculum reform in Hainan Province. I put the last few years of national and local education authorities in Hainan Province issued to key manageme
8、nt policies and documents as the basis. I use the scientific and objective research methods such as comparative method, comprehensive analysis methods, inductive methods, interview methods. On aspects of 2007 to 2013 in Hainan Province trick questions proposition philosophy of language, test structu
9、re, question types and scores, specific questions of content analysis. Summed up the advantages of the past seven years, Hainan Province proposition language examinations for secondary schools or trends. I have three years of teaching and make life summed up some reference value in the test review r
