4、息化建设，信息系统在带给企业信息便利的同时，也给企业带来各信息系统间数据分散、公司内部管理分散、难于在综合各信息系统的应用基础上而提取企业决策所需数据的“信息孤岛”的问题。故而，企业 IT 规划的概念越来越受到企业的重视。企业 IT 规划，即是企业将适合企业生产和运营管理需求的信息技术，投入在企业的运营管理中，利用所采用的信息技术， 分析现有业务流程， 改变及提升企业管理水平的过程， 也是提升企业 “核心竞争力”的过程。 本文以 GXCN 公司 IT 规划为研究对象，以制定 GXCN 公司 IT 规划及实施方案为研究目标，以 IT 规划的基本理论与方法为指导，运用 SWOT 分析方法分析 GX
5、CN 公司的发展战略，运用价值链分析方法对 GXCN 公司的关键业务流程进行分析与优化，运用关键成功因素法分析 GXCN 公司的 IT 关键需求，运用战略栅格法安排应用实施的优先顺序，进而提出本次 IT 规划方案的整体框架、主要内容以及实施建议。本文研究的IT 规划， 是在对 GXCN 公司信息化建设充分调研的基础上得出的， 可直接应用于 GXCN公司信息化建设的解决方案，对其他同类型企业的信息化建设具有一定的参考价值。 关键词关键词：IT 规划 ；SWOT 分析；价值链分析；解决方案 II INVESTIGATION ON THE IT PLANNING OF INVESTIGATION O
