4、PTER REPAIR ON BOARD.32 江苏派尔克斯复合材料有限公司 Jiangsu Pipe Composites Co.,ltd 3第一章、 包装，搬运，运输、贮存说明 1.1 包装 对管子、附件和预装管路，在出厂之前必须对其两端用三防布和胶带包裹进行保护; 管 道末端如果是法兰，出厂前采用胶合板封堵法兰表面，用塑料扎扣通过螺栓孔固定； Before ex- factory, for fiberglass pipe, fittings, and spools, wrap cloth and tape shall be wrapped to protect ends from dam

If spool ends are flange, flange face shall be closed with plywood affixed to the flange face by plastic straps through flange holes. 1.2 搬运和运输 handling and transporting 1.2.1 当管子和附件搬运和运输过程中需要起吊或叉车时，应注意以下： *选择尼龙或帆布的起吊带，不能用钢丝绳、链条等金属绳索； *用叉车进行装卸时，要在叉车手臂上用纸板或木板铺垫，避免对管子表面的损坏； *在装卸过程中，管子不能扔掷，丟抛或其它形式
6、的撞击。不能在尖锐利器上拖拉； When lifting or fork shall be used for load or unloading pipe and fittings, below points shall be considered: When mechanical lifting is required, No steel rope, chain shall be used. When forklift is required, carton or wood pad should be covered on the fork to avoid damage on the pi
7、pe and fittings. When loading or unloading, throwing, dropping or any other impacting fiberglass pipe and fittings are prohibited. It also shall not be dragged or pushed over sharp objects. 1.2.2 运输 transporting 不能直接把玻璃钢管放在车厢内，以免尖锐物品划伤管子表面。 先在车厢底部放四块木栈板 1000*1200*120， 然后将打包好的管道按照尺寸与长度进行 摆放，摆到第二层时，在车
8、厢两侧安放方木条 50*80*2560mm，防止管道碰伤，每层管道之 间必须垫方木条。 To avoid sharp objects damage, dont let the fiberglass pipe and fittings rest on the floor of the truck. Four timbers (1000*1200*120mm) shall be put on the bottom; pipe and fitting shall be securely fastened with nylon straps or ropes. Lay timbers (50*80*2
9、560mm) on the both sides of truck on 2nd layer to avoid damage pipe. Wooden plate shall be used to separate each layers. 装车完毕后，使用网布将其从顶部遮盖住，防止产品在运输过程中脱落。 After loading, cover the top with net cloth to avoid drop during transportation. 管道部件在运输时，如果拖车长度不够，管子悬在拖车外面的长度不能超过 2m。 Dont allow the fiberglass p
10、ipe to extend more than 2m beyond the truck bed. 1.3 贮存 Storage 1.3.1 管子和附件 Pipe and fittings *不建议管子直接堆放在地上, 在各层管道之间要垫至少 100mm 宽的木方， 垫木间隔不 超过 3m, 距管端不超过 1.5m。 *管子堆放高度不能超过 3m, 垫上防止管子滚动或滑动的楔块。 *在安装之前，管子末端的三防布不能拆掉。 *在露天堆放时应有抗紫外线的遮盖物。 It is not recommended to stack pipe directly on the ground. The piping and fittings shall be shall be covered to protect from ultraviolet ray in case of in the open. 1.3.2 粘胶剂 Adhesive 粘胶剂避免太阳直射，应贮存在室内阴凉、通风、干燥，远离火种，热源。高温下的贮存会 降低固化剂和树脂的粘结强度。粘胶剂保持原包装，避免倒置。保证在失效前用完。 Adhesive shall be stored indoors at r
13、oom temperature in a cool, well- ventilated and dry area, avoid direct sunlight. Extended storage at higher temperature will degrade the adhesive strength of catalyst and the resin. Adhesive shall be kept in original packing, it shall not upside down. Pls use it before expiry date. 1.3.3 配件及工具 Acces
14、sories and Tools 配件，例如 O 型圈，尼龙键等应远离太阳直射，雨水浸洗。最低贮存温度约 10 Accessories such as O- ring, nylon keys, etc., shall be stored away from direct sunlight and rain. The minimum storage temperature for O- ring and Nylon key is around 10. Tools such as abrasive wheel, spatula, etc., shall be maintained and stored in tool box after use. 工具，例如砂轮，抹刀用完后, 保养好并存放在工具箱内。 1.4 检查 在收到玻璃钢产品和附件时，应检查以下内容 - 核对箱单和物品 - 检查有无损坏 在收货时， 应立即检查玻璃钢管， 附件是否完好， 如果有损坏或欠缺， 应及时通知相关人员。 Inspect I
