2、、培养优秀道德品质、树立民族自尊心以及传承中国传统文化等方面有着其他体育项目不可替代的作用。为了让太极拳这一特殊形式的文化遗产，在河南理工大学得以更好地传播，发挥焦作市太极故乡的地方优势，推动全民健身的普及与推广，弘扬民族文化，营造和谐社会，树立大学生终身体育意识，成为优秀传统文化的传播者。河南省焦作温县陈家沟是陈氏太极拳的发源地，而河南理工大学又是焦作市唯一一所本科院校，极具太极拳开展的优越性与便利性，其研究也相对较多，但是有关河南理工大学太极拳开展现状的研究目前还较少，尤其是分层、分类对学生课上与课余习练太极拳调查探索更是少之又少。本论文针对河南理工大学太极拳开展现状进行较深入调查，同时试
3、图通过现状探索学生学习太极拳背后的问题，以期更好的弘扬太极拳文化，为构建和谐校园提供参考。为此，本研究采用文献资料法、访谈法、数理统计法等研究方法，对河南理工大学太极拳活动现状进行了研究。研究结果如下：大学生对太极拳学习的积极性不高；进行课余太极拳活动的人数比例较少等。本文针对存在的问题，提出相应的发展对策；给教师及时“充电”，不断提高教师太极拳业务水平；加强学生理论知识学习，不断提高学生对太极拳学习的思想认识；采取以人为本的教学方法，发展学生个性；课余太极拳活动与体育教学相互补充；加强学生体育社团的有力建设，充分发挥其中介作用。关键词关键词： 河南理工大学；太极拳运动；调查；建议河南理工大学
