1、2010 届会计专业毕业论文1 1西安顶益食品有限公司的战略成本管理研究XXXX西安理工大学经管系系会计专业 2010 级 中国西安 710048摘 要物竞天择，适者生存。随着现代企业制度的建立与完善，企业越来越关注投入与产出的关系，成本在市场竞争中占有十分重要的地位，成本管理也成了企业管理永恒不变的主题。战略成本管理作为成本管理发展的最新阶段，将战略管理思想应用到成本管理中，并与成本管理自身的特点相结合，从而形成成本管理的新模式。本文主要介绍了当前战略成本管理研究的现状，包括国际和国内两个方面；战略成本管理的基本理论，包括战略成本管理的定义、特点、程序、目标和内容；战略成本管理基本分析方法，
2、包括价值链分析法、成本动因分析法；西安顶益的成本管理现状，包括西安顶益的简介，西安顶益的业绩指标分析和成本管理现状。通过分析，揭示了西安顶益成本管理中的问题，同时得出结论：为了使成本管理信息对企业管理者有帮助，成本管理的关注应该从降低成本的传统模式转变到与企业战略目标相结合的战略成本管理模式。要使西安顶益的成本管理很好的进行，必须结合各种成本管理新技术，开展战略成本管理，本文最后提出了西安顶益的战略成本管理新思路，为提高公司的成本管理水平以及达到公司的战略目标服务。关键词: 战略成本管理 成本动因 价值链分析 西安顶益XXXX：西安顶益食品有限公司的战略成本管理研究2The strategy
