3、 Negative pressure ventilation; role一、风门气动减压装置工作原理:通过空气的压缩和弹簧的缓冲作用起到减压的目的。当风门开启时减压装置通过尾部弹簧将轴杆弹起,在弹起的过程中通过尾部两个进气孔进气,一大一小,大孔作为主要出气孔。风门关闭时,风门被轴杆顶住,通过轴套腔内的压缩空气缓慢出气。主要原理就是其中的主出气孔上面设置了一个防出气装置(软质的垫片)遮堵出气孔,形似风筒防逆流装置,http:/ http:/ 在风门关闭过程中推动腔内的压缩空气将垫片堵住出气孔,而从另一小进气孔缓慢出气。通过此方式可以避免风门由于负压作用快速关闭,从而形成缓慢关闭状态。结构示意图见

10、装难点:风门气动减压装置与风门门框部位的连接可以用焊接好的扁铁和螺栓、螺帽连接,关键部位就是减压装置轴杆上的橡胶头与风门门扇部位的接触,接触点过小对风门门面依然存在撞击的破坏作用,可以考虑在门面撞击部位焊接与橡胶头相包容的坚固物体。另外撞击点的力不是垂直作用于风门门面,对风门门面的摩擦作用力会增强,对门面依然存在破坏作用,轴杆上的橡胶头磨损程度也相应变快,增加更换轴杆上橡胶头的频率。因此,应考虑采用合理的受力方向,保证风门气动减压装置与风门门面之间的作用力处于垂直作用状态,可以采用扇形角度的风门气动减压装置,轴http:/ http:/ 杆接头与风门门面接触点之间作用力始终处于垂直状态,以维持
