1、某啤酒厂污水处理站工艺设计某啤酒厂污水处理站工艺设计实实施施方方案案摘摘 要要啤酒废水中有机物含量较高，如直接排放，既污染环境又降低啤酒工业的原料利用率。为此，许多学者和厂家对啤酒废水的处理和利用技术进行研究。本文根据前人的研究成果综述了啤酒废水的处理和利用现状，结合啤酒废水自身的特性，根据进水水质和排放标准，通过对几种处理工艺的比较，确定污水处理采用 UASB+CASS 的工艺。对格栅、调节池、UASB 池、CASS 池、污泥浓缩池等进行了正确的设计和计算。并参考经验设计参数进行 UASB+CASS 的处理工艺设计，采用 UASB+CASS 工艺处理高浓度有机废水，不但使处理流程简洁，节省了
