1、青岛理工大学琴岛学院本科毕业设计说明书（论文）1摘摘 要要毕业设计是对点滴瓶盖的设计及其模具设计，重点是对点滴瓶盖的模具设计。通过对点滴瓶盖结构及相关参数特征分析，设计出该塑件的模具。在整个模具设计过程中，涉及到了塑件的结构设计、注塑机和模架的选择及注塑机的一些重要工艺参数的校核，并详细叙述了模具设计中的分型面设计、浇注系统设计、成型零件设计、侧抽机构设计和冷却系统设计以及模具的各种零件的结构设计。而在此基础上又增加脱螺纹机构的设计，在整个设计中的重点就是侧抽机构和脱螺纹机构。在模具设计过程中，采用了 UG、AutoCAD 等的设计分析软件，采用这些软件进行设计分析，优化了设计的参数和缩短了设
2、计时间，提高了设计效率。通过整个模具设计，本人已经能够熟练地使用当前常用的设计分析软件，学会了根据计算或者依据经验选择一些参数, 对模具设计经历了由接触到熟悉再到独立做出一套模具的过程，对模具设计的各个流程有了很熟悉的了解，对一些模具的标准也有了一定的了解，而付出大部分时间的侧抽的设计也取得了比较不错的效果.在本次设计之后，对模具的各个方面都有了一个全面的了解，为以后打下坚实的基础。关键词关键词：点滴瓶盖,模具设计,分型面 青岛理工大学琴岛学院本科毕业设计说明书（论文）2AbstractGraduation design is the design of remote shell and it
