14、l, vessel should take great caution when entering or leaving the channel or changing course.长山水道交通管理规定（试行）第一条 为加强长山水道船舶交通管理，减少船舶交通事故,保障船舶航行和人命财产安全，促进水域资源的综合利用，依据中华人民共和国海上交通安全法，制定本规定。第二条 在长山水道航行、停泊和作业的一切船舶及其所有人、经营人和船员,必须遵守本规定。第三条 中华人民共和国烟台海事局是对长山水道实施交通安全管理的主管机关。中华人民共和国烟台海事局在北长山岛设立的北长山船舶交通管理站具体负责长山水道船
15、舶交通安全的监督管理。第四条 长山水道航路范围如下：航路北边线是下列地理位置的连线：1.380536N 1203050E2.380352N 1203400E3.380042N 1205212E4.380042N 1205836E航路南边线是下列地理位置的连线:5.380018N 1202700E 6.380018N 1204000E7.375816N 1205142E8.375612N 1205812E第五条 船舶经长山水道进出渤海,必须在规定的航路内航行，并应分别在 4、8 两点之间和 1、5 两点之间水域驶进或驶出。船舶在长山水道航路内航行时，只要安全可行，应尽量靠近本船右舷的该航路的外缘
16、行驶。第六条 船舶应在驶入长山水道航路水域 15 分钟前，向北长山船舶交通管理站进行船舶动态报告。报告内容包括：1.船名、呼号；2.国籍、船籍港；3.船舶所有人；4.总长、总吨、吃水；5.来自港、航向港;6.航向、航速；7.船位；8.拖带船舶的拖带长度及被拖物的名称。第七条 船舶在长山水道及附近水域发生海上交通事故和污染事故时，应尽快向北长山船舶交通管理站报告，报告内容包括：船名、事故种类、事故发生地点时间、受损程度、污染情况及救助要求等。第八条 北长山船舶交通管理站在甚高频无线电话 16 频道上值班守听。船舶向北长山船舶交通管理站报告时，应先在 16频道上呼叫“长山交管站”，然后在交管站指定的频道上通话。第九条 船舶在长山水道及其附近水域航行、作业时，应在甚高频无线电话 16 频道值班守听。第十条
