2、DELPHI 进行开发，后台数据库使用 SQL SERVER 2000，采用 ADO 数据访问方式。本文针对具体项目展开研究，首先进行需求分析、模块划分，对实施该课题的方案进行论证。然后对整个系统进行了详细的分析和设计，结合源代码详细的描述出整个项目的开发过程，最后对系统进行了功能测试。本课题的实施将会促进企业的无纸化办公，避免人工管理中出现各种差错，提高企业管理效率，使得管理者能够更加方便的了解到企业内部人事状况。关键字关键字: 人事管理，图形用户界面，数据访问。 AbstractWith the development of information technology, in order
