2、epted by students.Hunting a job is no small matter. Instead, it is probably one of the most, if not the most, important decisions any of would-be graduates can make in a lifetime. Therefore, they are very serious and cautious when that time comes. It is something that the society has taught them.Now

3、 more and more students lose their jobs when they graduate from school. Its easy for some students to find work. But the fact is that some students think the salary is so low that they dont want to do the job, they except to find a easy work with a higher salary.Like the reason above,some jobs have

One is that some college students cannot come to terms with themselves and with the world around them. They p

8、ursue too high goals and are too particular about such factors as working conditions, salary, and so on. Therefore, they are reluctant to accept the job when they are offered to them. Another reason is that the majors some students pursue do not match with the demands of the job market. As a result,

9、 they canonly sit and miss opportunities.To solve this problem, I think college students should know their own strengths and weaknesses and have the right attitude towards themselves and the job vacancies. In addition, they should not attach too much importance to material aspects of the job. They s

10、hould put priority to their future development and their contributions to society in stead. Furthermore, they should think of receiving some further training to meet the demands of society.How to Solve the Employment Problem of College StudentsAs more and more students graduated from universities an

11、d colleges, youth employment is becoming a problem in our society. Nowadays, many young people are having a hard time finding jobs. They often faced the “No experience, no job - no job, no experience“ dilemma.To solve the problem of youth employment, I think the government should take some measures

12、to help college students who are finding their jobs. The government should work with the employers and organizations, such as fund them to help those students obtain career information, develop skills, find good jobs and stay employed. In addition, the employers should provide opportunities for stud

13、ents to get their first work experiences and develop their skills and potentials. Whats more, the employers should also provide assistance for those who face barriers to employment and help them to get and keep a job.The root cause of the employment problem, as in my opinion, is due to college enrol

In recent years, more and more graduates find themselves in a very awkward situation that there is no sufficient jobs for them in the HR market.
