2、月异，全球环境保护的呼声不断高涨。各种 新设备层出不穷， 德国Erema公司的双盘切割系统突破了通常 Erema使用单盘底部切割、 捣碎装置在进入挤出设备前切割、混合和压缩薄膜的技术限制。新型的双盘系统中的一 个盘安装在另一个之上，第一个盘用于对不符合要求的原料进行粗加工。双盘系统可以 接受未经过精加工的原料，并且运行得更加顺畅。Erema公司说在处理PE薄膜时，可以 提升15%的产量。旧设备可以通过升级成为新型的双盘系统。 本次课题是针对制造农用育苗杯而设计，通过参观育苗杯生产流程，发现其塑料粉碎 机在粉碎时存在噪声大，负荷波动明显等问题，因此重新设计一种塑料粉碎机，希望能 在一些性能方面有
