2、24, 2005 月 日校長准予核備公布全文 Ratified and Promulgated by President on _,_,_ 一、 本要點依據義守大學組織規程第十九條訂定之。 Article 1 The Guidelines are enacted pursuant to Article 19 of the Regulation for Organization of I-Shou University. 二、 本系設系務會議,為系務最高 決策會議,議決系務重大事項。系主 任與所有專任教師為當然系務 委員。系主任得視實際需要,邀請學 生或相關人員席。 Article 2 The

3、Department Affairs Council is the supreme decision-making level for all material issues regarding Department affairs, which consists of the Chair and the full-time faculties. The Department Chair and the faculties are ex-officio commissioners. If necessary, the Chair may invite students or the relev

4、ant persons to attend the Council. 三、 系務會議之召開,每學期至少 次;如有三分之一以上應出席人 提議,系主任應召開時會議。 Article 3 The Department Affairs Council is held at least twice a semester. A provisional meeting, if cosigned by more than one-third of teachers present, should be called. 四、 系務會議應有出席委員三分之 二以上出席,以出席人二分之一以 上之同意使決議。 前項表決

5、,得委託他人代之。 Article 4 To constitute a quorum, two-thirds of votes of all teachers present must be present and is subject to a majority vote of teachers. The proxy rule is not applicable for the above resolution. 五、 系務會議議案之表決,應以無記名或舉手方式之。 Article 5 The ballast at the Department Affairs Council can be v

6、oted by means of anonymous vote or raising hands. 、 本系依實際需要,經系務會議 決議後,得設置各項委員會。 Article 6 If necessary, the Department may establish several committees subject to the resolution of Department Affairs Council. 七、 系務會議討左事項: Article 7 The Department Affairs Council will discuss the following: ( 一) 課程、科

7、目之設計與變。 (1) Design and modification of course and title ( 二) 研究重點、發展方向之釐定與變。 (2) The research emphasis and direction characterization as well as and their modification ( 三) 新生、轉學生及轉系(組)生之招收事宜。 (3) Recruit matters for new students and transfer students ( 四) 經費之分配與運用原則。 (4) The principles of budget al

8、lotment and operation ( 五) 委員會之設置及其組織與權責。 (5) The establishment and organization as well as duties of the Committee ( ) 其他有關事項。 (6) Other relevant matters 八、 系務會議之決議,應正式入紀。 Article 8 The resolution of Department Affairs Council shall become official recorded. 九、 本要點經系務會議通過並報校 備查後施之,修正時亦同。 Article 9 The Guidelines is subject to the approval of Department Affairs Council and shall come into effect as of the date if its promulgation by President before implementation. Amendments shall also undergo the same procedure.
