1、 摘 要 90 30 30 30 PANAS 2 4 4 4 - - Clinical research on effect of acupuncture and Governing spirit treatment on tinnitus Abstract Objective: Based on the tinnitus of the acute-to-chronic development of Chinese and Western medicine mechanism, with the negative emotions of patients with tinnitus as a
2、breaking point, to discuss how the emotions ( particularly negative emotions) affect tinnitus in the maintaining and development ,and application of “Governing God“ theory in traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of tinnitus. A treatment method of combination with form and spirit for tinnitus is
3、 proposed and then compared to the traditional dialectical programs in clinical trials, in order to analyze the clinical efficacy and superiority of this method. Methods: 90 cases in total of tinnitus patients, divided into an acupuncture group (30 cases), emotion regulation group (30 cases), co-sti
4、mulation group (30 cases). The degree of tinnitus Scale and the Positive and Negative Affect Scale (PANAS) are respectively applied to record and evaluate tinnitus severity and negative emotional level of subjects at baseline, 2 weeks, 4 weeks. Results: In the 4 thweek tinnitus severity scores of co
5、-stimulation group is lower than the acupuncture group and emotion regulation group, the negative emotion scores are lower than the other two groups. And Logistic regression analysis showed negative correlation between tinnitus severity and negative emotion in the 4 thweek. Conclusion: “Form and spi
6、rit” combination treatment is significantly better than the“ Governing Form “and “Governing shen” treatment; there is a positive correlation between tinnitus severity and negative emotions, which demonstrate that the lower level negative emotions ，the more favorable to the treatment of tinnitus. The
7、 evidence proved the presence of the vicious cycle of “tinnitus-negative emotions-tinnitus aggravation”and a new therapeutic target for the treatment of tinnitus.
