The second phase: conditional green card transfer to I-829 permanent green card 第二期 I-829 条 件绿卡转 永久绿卡 的美国移民 律师服务 费 The above fee includes attorney fee from conditional green card application until U.S,per

If the application made to the USCIS for I-526 and I-829 Green Cards is refused, the Capital Contribution and Syndication Fee of US$540,000 will be refunded unconditionally. 美国移民局 I-526 和 I-829

If investor could provide valid source of fund report which is approved by accountant, but the application for I-526 is refused by USCIS due to any reason from project or attorney, the Capital Contribution and Syndication Fee of US$540,000, as well as the
11、project management fee of US$20,000 will be refunded within 30 days. 投资人若能提供会计 师的有效资金 来源报告，美 国移民局 的 I-526 绿 卡申请如因 项目 及律师原因造 成投资人申请 被拒， 将 在 30 日内退还投资 款和发行费 US$540,000 美元 以及项目管理费 US$20,000 美元。 However, if the application is refused due to original documents provided by investor are considered to be fr
12、audulent and false by USCIS, the project management fee of US$20,000 will be out of refund scope. The definition of original documents: ID card, household registration book, passport, marriage certificate, divorce certificate, certificate of non-criminal records, certificate of birth, medical certif
13、icate of birth, court judgment, academic degree certificate, corporate business registration documents, tax registration documents, property ownership certificate and other documents. 如因投资人提供原始 文件被美国相 关机构认为是 欺骗性、 伪造的文件 而申请被拒 的情况其中 项目管理费 US$20,000 美 元将不在此退 款范畴内。 原始文件的定义为： 身份 证、 户口本、 护照、 结婚 证、 离婚证、 无犯
14、罪公 证、 出 生公证、 出 生医学证明、 法院判 决书、 学历学 位证、 企业工 商登记文件， 税务登记文件 、 房 产证等文件。 c.
