1、固原市农业信息化战略对策研究摘要本文着重探讨了固原市农业信息化发展的现状及对策。首先，阐述了农村和农业信息化的基本内涵、特征，考察了国内外对于农村信息化研究及其建设的现状；然后，通过调查研究，认真分析了固原市农村信息化建设的现状：基础设施初具规模、信息数据的获取手段及形式日渐丰富、服务体系初具雏形、农业信息化服务手段不断提高，但也同时存在政府和农民思想认识不到位甚至滞后、适合于本地区的规划和管理制度不完善、信息网络建设发展不均衡、信息数量少质量不高等问题；最后，借鉴国内外农业信息化发展先进经验，结合固原市现阶段农村信息化发展的实际情况，在明确了战略目标、任务的基础上，提出了固原市农村农业信息化
2、建设的战略对策：大力宣传，分类指导，开展交流、示范推进；构建农业信息技术人才培养体系，抓好服务队伍建设；采取有效措施，保障农业信息化持续健康发展；加强农业信息资源的开发和应用；强化整合开发，加快农村信息网络系统建设；加强市、县、乡镇、村四级综合信息服务体系建设；推进农业信息技术产业化。关键词：固原市；农业信息化；战略对策 ABSTRACTThis paper studied in accelerating the construction of new socialist countryside,underthe background of the first,this paper expou
