4、WHY为什么of elevator.6 号、8 号10 号电梯报警音响起后,首先需拿起电话呼叫对方按下电梯内的报警按钮,对方按下后方可与电梯内人员通话。No.7 and No.12 of elevator will be received alarm , to take phone can communicate with person of elevator.7 号和 12 号电梯收到报警音后拿起电话就可以和电梯内的人员通话。No.11 of elevator must press corresponding button of phone, and can communicate with

5、 person.11 号电梯要一直按住电话对应键不放手方可通话。May I help you?标准用语是: “请问有什么可以帮助您的吗?”3) TO know elevator circs了解报警电梯情况To communicate with person of elevator , first ask how is person of elevator, make sure guest alarm reason.和电梯内的人员取得联系后,首先询问电梯内人员有无异常情况,确定客人报警原因。To know guest coop in elevator detail, and to inform

6、participate in rescue person.了解客人被困细节并转达参与解救人员4)To appease who can not leave in elevator安抚被困人员If person coop in elevator , first to know how is malfunction, and how many person ?and how many floor? 8、?然后利用电梯监控录像查看被困人员的情况。如果有外籍人员应立即通知大堂副理到监控中心和客人沟通。To appease guest, standard words:” Please do not scare, we are dealing with it!安抚客人,标准用语是:“请你不要惊慌,留在原地不动,我们正在处理之中!”To inform Security and Engineering and AM arrive scene first time to deal with it. 9、e are dealing with it!通知安全部和工程部员工及大堂副理第一时间赶到现场处理,利用电梯门缝安抚被困客人:“请不要惊慌,我们正在处理之中!”5)To rescue and deal with 解救和处理By monitor of elevator observe if child、elder、pregnant woman or oxygen is not enough, to inform hotel doctor come to floor and when elevator is opened, and to cure at any moment;通过电梯监控观察如有小孩

11、cue guest outside elevator.工程部员工应及时设法打开逃生窗和电梯门解救被困客人。After guest is rescued, should be set up conspicuous symbol , To prevent guest doesn know fact and use elevator again.客人解救完成后,应在事故电梯处设立醒目标识,防止电梯被不知情者再次使用。To prevent guest doesnt know fact and use elevator again.防止不明真相的客人再次使用电梯6) Follow up and register 跟进与记录Please register accident report, Security supervisor on duty show accident report.将事故的详细经过进行记录,由安全部当值主管出具事件报告。To report hotel management.上报酒店管理层
