1、材料:猪肋排1000克,荷叶一张,姜蒜适量,糯米约200克做法:1.姜蒜末放入排骨中,加入生抽40克2.再放入老抽15克3.再放入白砂糖15克4.再放入二锅头15克5.所有搅匀,覆盖保鲜膜,放入冰箱冷藏,腌制一晚上6.泡好的糯米沥干水分7.糯米和腌好的排骨混合均匀8.荷叶洗干净,把糯米和排骨放荷叶中间9.上下左右包好,我这些排骨包了两张荷叶,根据你自己的量调整。10.封口朝下放入蒸锅中,冷水入锅,水开后大火蒸15分钟,再转成小火蒸2个小时。(小火蒸的时间可以缩短,但我为了排骨软烂,糯米能更加融入排骨的味道,所以蒸的时间比较长,一般40分钟能保证排骨和糯米都熟了)11.装盘,吃的时候剪开荷叶即可
