2、求检查自身的工作情况。同时工程施工的实际情况瞬息万变，任何标准的合同也难免会有漏洞，细节没有表达清楚或不太合理的约定。通过对合同的不断分析在各项工程并未实施前找出问题、提出问题，与发包人协商解决问题，使合同更全面、更加具体化，也避免双方发生争执。一旦发生争执，必须进行合同分析、理解合同条款内容，使双方达成一致。国家高速公路珠江三角洲环线广东省中山市沙溪至月环段土建工程施工承包合同也称广珠西线三期施工合同 ，本文主要对该合同的发包人权利义务责任、承包人权利义务责任、干扰事件、质量控制、工期控制、成本控制、程序规定、风险等八大方面相关条款进行合同分析。在合同条款分析过程探讨其中的不足及缺陷，提出修
