1、摘 要本设计包括三个部分:一般部分、专题部分和翻译部分。一般部分为阳煤集团三矿 3.0 Mt/a 新井设计。一般部分共包括 10 章:1.矿区概述及井田地质特征;2.井田境界和储量;3.矿井工作制度及设计生产能力、服务年限;4.井田开拓;5.准备方式-带区巷道布置;6.采煤方法;7.井下运输;8.矿井提升;9.矿井通风与安全技术;10.矿井基本技术经济指标。阳煤三矿井田位于山西省阳泉矿区西部,交通便利。井田形状近似长方形,井田东西走向长 14km,南北倾斜宽 11km,面积约 87.1km2。井田内主采煤层为一层,为 15#煤。煤层倾角平均 8,平均厚度 5.5 m。井田地质条件较为简单。矿井

2、工业储量为 358.76 Mt,可采储量为 272.83 Mt。矿井设计生产能力为 3.0 Mt/a。矿井服务年限 64.9 a。矿井涌水量较大,正常涌水量为 1900 m3/h,最大涌水量为 2130 m3/h。矿井相对瓦斯涌出量为 4.4 m3/t,属低瓦斯矿井。矿井二 1 煤层为不易自燃煤层,煤尘具有爆炸性。矿井采用立井单水平开拓。一矿一面,采煤方法为综合机械化放顶煤开采。全矿采用胶带运输机运煤,辅助运输采用矿车。矿井通风方式前期为中央并列式,后期根据需要在井田东西两翼增加两个边界风井,改为两翼对角式通风。矿井年工作日为 330 d,日净提升时间 16h,工作制度为“三八制” 。专题部分

3、题目是高瓦斯与煤与瓦斯突出矿井瓦斯监控和通风系统集成规划方向。通过研究一种新型监管模式集群监管模式,并以该模式为基础,研发了与之相配套的更适合于矿井的通风瓦斯集群监控系统。翻译部分是关于不同指数气体组成在煤矿瞬间突出的预测的论文,英文题目为Index with different gas compositions for instantaneous outburst prediction in coal mines。关键词: 立井单水平; 带区; 综采放顶煤; 胶带运输; 中央并列式通风ABSTRACTThis design includes three parts: the general

4、part, special subject part and translation part.The general part is a new design of Sankuang mine. This design includes ten chapters: 1.An outline of the mine field geology; 2.Boundary and the reserves of mine; 3.The service life and working system of mine; 4.Development engineering of coalfield; 5.

5、The layout of mining area; 6.The method used in coal mining; 7. Transportation of the underground; 8.The lifting of the mine; 9. The ventilation and the safety operation of the mine; 10.The basic economic and technical norms.Sankuang mine is located in the west side of Yangquan City, Shanxi Province

6、. And its transportations is convenience. The shape of minefield is like a rectangle which has a length of 14 km in the east and west direction while a width of 44 km in the south and north direction on average. The total area is Approximately 87.3 km2. The main coal seam in the mine is only one, wh

7、ich is the 21 coal seam. The average angle is 8 degree, while the thickness is about 5.5 m. The minefield geological condition is simple.The proved reserves of the minefield are 358.76million tons. The recoverable reserves are 272.83 million tons. The designed productive capacity is 3.0 million tons

8、 per year. The service life is 64.9 years. Large mine discharge, the normal discharge is 1900 m3/h, the maximum discharge is 2130 m3/h. The Relative gas discharge quantity is 4.4 m3 per ton. Thus it is Low gaseous mine. The coal dust of the mine has non-explosion hazard. But coal dust is explosive.T

9、he mine shaft single level by innovation.The number of the working faces is only one. Comprehensive mechanization puts in the top coal technology is the mining method. Several belt conveyers undertake the job of coal transport in the mine, while the auxiliary transportation system depends on the min

10、e cars. The ventilation type in the early stage is centralized juxtapose. In the late stage two air shafts in the boundary should be driven. The ventilation method is extraction.The working days in a year are 330. Everyday it takes 16 hours in lifting the coal. The working system in the mine is “thr

11、ee-eight”.The title of the special subject part is “The integration systems planning direction of gas monitoring and ventilation in high gas and gas outburst mine”. How to improve the serious situation of safety production in small coalmines is an urgent research topic.The translated academic paper
