1、高稳定性高精度半导体激光器驱动电源的设计The Design of Supply Power Applied in High Stability and Precision Diode LaserI摘 要半导体激光器(Laser Device,LD)以其小型高效结构简单、价格便宜等优点,在光信息存贮、光通讯等方面得到越来越广泛的应用,半导体激光器是目前应用最为广泛的光学器件之一。激光器的输出特性与其驱动电源的性能密切相关,温度、电流的起伏会影响半导体激光器的光输出功率的稳定。设计一种高精度高稳定性的半导体驱动电源具有一定的应用价值。结合驱动电源的要求,研究设计了一种采用恒流源和温控技术的小功率

2、高稳定半导体驱动电源。驱动电源以恒流源驱动芯片 HY6340 为核心,结合半导体致冷器、温度控制芯片、数字温度传感器、过流过压保护电路对半导体激光器进行可设定温度的恒温控制。通过控制流过半导体制冷器电流的方向和大小,就可以对 LD 进行加热或者制冷,从而可以设定 LD 的工作温度并使其保持恒温,从而达到控制其精度的目的。通过选用以恒流驱动芯片 HY6340 为核心的驱动电路,以及以 HY5650为核心的温控电路,实现驱动电源的稳定性控制。通过选用函数发生器 MAX038 从而使得占空比可调,实现了驱动电源的精度控制。文中还分析了主电路和控制电路的工作原理,给出了测试结果,与传统电路相比,电源具

5、lity and precision diode laser has some application value.Considering about the requirement of the drive power,a new low power supply with the function of constant-current and temperature control technology for semiconductor laser is designedUsing the control chip HY6340 of constant-current as nucle

6、ar part,with subminiature controller for thermoelectric coolers,thermoelectric cooler, digital temperature sensor,over-current and over-temperature protection circuit can make it working on the constant temperature which we wantThrough the control of the current flow direction and size of the semico

7、nductor refrigeration device, we can undertake heating or cooling the LD, thus we can set the temperature of LD and make it remains on constant temperature, so as to achieve the purpose of controlling its accuracy. By choosing a constant current driver which uses IC HY6340 as the core driver, as wel

8、l as the temperature-control circuit which uses HY5650 as the core, we can control the stability of the driving power. MAX038 function generator makes the duty cycle adjustable to achieve the precision control of drive power.The operation principle and control principle of the power is also analyzed
