1、 河海大学本科毕业论文 0毕业论文现浇混凝土薄壁管桩复合地基研究学 院 继续教育学院专业年级 06 级交通土建工程学 号 013106411134 姓 名 刘义峰指导老师 蔡晓飞评 阅 人 蔡晓飞中国南京2009 年十二月 河海大学本科毕业论文 摘 要现浇混凝土薄壁管桩是一项全新的软基处理技术,该技术具有桩直径大,桩距大,混凝土用量省,单桩承载力高,工后沉降小,可处理深层软土等优点。它吸收了预应力混凝土管桩、振动沉管桩和振动沉模薄壁防渗墙等技术。桩身强度高,混凝土标号可从C10C30,直径可达1.5m,有效加固深度可达25m以上,施工工艺简单,可操作性强,便于质量控制监督,单桩承载力高而造价相

2、对较低。(1)对PCC桩的研制背景、设计原则、沉桩工艺、工作原理以及成桩机理进行了述评,阐述了PCC管桩技术优点。并对目前其主要设计方法进行了归纳。(2)介绍了现浇混凝土薄壁管桩(PCC桩)成桩工艺。结合PCC桩在上海市北环高速公路工程中的应用,在现场对PCC桩施工工艺进行了试验研究,探讨了混凝土坍落度、拔管速度、施打顺序对PCC桩质量的影响,并对其充盈系数进行了分析研究。同时还对PCC桩质量检测方法进行了研究,并对可能出现的质量问题及预防措施做了初步探讨。(3)在分析常用的软土地基加固技术适用性和局限性的基础上,详细介绍现浇混凝土薄壁管桩复合地基处理方法的加固机理、设计、施工、检测方法等,提
