1、1PLEASE INITIALLANDLORD TENANTTENANCY AGREEMENTTHIS AGREEMENT is made on the _ day of _ Two Thousand_ (20_) between _, a company incorporated in the Republic of Singapore and having its registered office at _ (hereinafter called “the Landlord” which expression shall where the context so admits inclu

The Landlord agrees to let and the Tenant agrees to take

7、inst damage occasioned to the said Premises or to any part of the Building or any adjacent or neighbouring premises or injury caused to any person by any act, default or negligence of the Tenant or the servants, agents, licensees or invitees of the Tenant.e) To keep in good and tenantable repair and

8、 condition the doors and windows and all the interior of the said Premises including the walls, ceiling and floor and all fixtures and fittings therein or appurtenant thereto and the pipes and sanitary and electrical apparatus whether in the floor, ceiling, walls or any part thereof and all pipes an

9、d sanitary drainlines in the said Premises free from chokage and obstruction throughout the said term (wear due to fair and reasonable use and damage by fire to be excepted save where the insurance money (if any) are rendered irrecoverable in consequence of the act or default of the Tenant); PROVIDE

10、D that the Tenant shall take all reasonable measures and precautions to ensure that any damage, defect or dilapidation which has been or at any time shall be occasioned by fair wear and tear shall not give rise to or cause or contribute to any substantial injury to the said Premises.f) Not to make o

11、r permit to be made any structural alterations or otherwise to the said Premises without the consent in writing of the Landlord first, and at the option of the Landlord to restore the said Premises to its original state and condition on determination of these presents as if such alterations had not

12、been made but subject always to such option being exercised on the granting of the said written consent as aforesaid.2PLEASE INITIALLANDLORD TENANTg) Not to assign, sublet, underlet, license or in any way dispose of or part with the actual or legal possession or the use of the said Premises or any p

13、art thereof without the prior written consent of the Landlord. For the purpose hereof any amalgamation and/or reconstruction effected by the Tenant (if a company) shall be deemed an assignment of the Tenancy Agreement and shall require the prior written consent of the Landlord as aforesaid.h) To use

14、 the said Premises for the purpose of an office and not to do or permit to be done upon the said Premises anything which in the opinion of the Landlord may at any time be or become a nuisance or annoyance to or in any way interfere with the quiet and comfort of any of the tenants or occupiers of the Building and not to use the same for any illegal or immoral purpose.i) Not to keep or permit to be kept on the said Premises or any part thereof any materials of a dangerous or explosive nature or the keeping of which may contravene any local ordinance or regulations or bylaws or in
