8、ls, materials or any part thereof supplied by the Seller including those which shall be incorporated in order to ensure the designed capabilities, details of which are specified in Annex 1, 2 and 3.“合同设备”是指卖方提供的生产线，设备、备件，专用工具，材料和/或其它材料，包括为保证设计能力的所有组成部分，详细见附件 1、2 及 3 的所述。1.5 “Contract Price” means th
