1、邵阳学院毕业设计（论文）- I -内容提要本次设计所研究的课题为水泥生产线中的石料破碎机设计。国内使用的破碎机类型很多，在冶金、矿山、建材、化工、煤炭等行业使用非常广泛。这其中，由于复摆颚式破碎机基结构简单，工作可靠、制造容易、操作简单、维修方便，所以最为常见。为满足水泥生产线的生产需求，选择的基本参数为：进料口尺寸：400600mm；出料口尺寸：40100mm ；进料块最大尺寸：350mm；产量：1665t/h。设计首先简单的说明复摆颚式破碎机的基本结构和工作原理，对主要工作参数啮角、动颚水平行程、偏心距、转速等进行选择和计算。分析主要零部件动颚、齿板等零部件结构。根据实际情况，选择合适的结
2、构。然后确定机构的杆长，并对各部件进行受力分析。之后设计传动部件，包括选择合适的电动机，V 带传动的设计，偏心轴的设计和校核等。最后，介绍颚式破碎机的使用和保养维护，并用 CAD绘制完成装配图和零件图，从而完成本次毕业设计。邵阳学院毕业设计（论文）- II -SummaryThe research topic of this design stone crusher design in the cement production line.
