1、 中 国 矿 业 大 学本 科 生 课 程 设 计姓 名: 学 号: 学 院: 应 用 技 术 学 院 专 业: 采 矿 学 设计题目: 潘 一 矿 1.8 Mt/a 新 井 设 计 专 题: 指导教师: 职 称: 讲 师 2016 年 6 月 徐州 摘 要一般部分是潘一矿 180 万吨新井设计。全篇共分为十个部分:矿井概述及井田地质特征、井田境界和储量、矿井工作制度、设计生产能力及服务年限、井田开拓、准备方式采区巷道布置、采煤方法、井下运输、矿井提升与运输、矿井通风与安全和矿井主要经济技术指标。潘一矿井位于安徽省淮南市境内。矿井中心东南至风台县城约 16km,交通极为方便。矿区范围:西以第勘

2、探线与潘三相接,东以第勘探线与潘二井田毗邻,北部至勘探线间以潘集背斜轴、至勘探线间与潘二、潘北井田为界,南至 13-1 煤层-670m 底板等高线地面投影线。东西走向长约 7.8km,南北倾斜宽 2.8km,面积约 21.7km2。13-1 煤层为可采煤层,厚度为 4.85m,平均倾角为 16。矿井正常涌水量 600m3/h,属于高瓦斯矿井。煤尘有爆炸危险性,并且煤层有自燃发火倾向。潘一矿设计年生产能力为 180 万 t/a,服务年限为 66a。矿井工作制度为“三八”制。矿井的采煤方法主要为走向长壁综合机械化一次采全高。矿井为单水平采区开拓。水平标高为-600m,采用立井开拓,主立井主要用于提

3、升煤炭,副立井主要用于提升人员、矸石、和材料等。矿井采用一矿一面的高效作业方式。工作面长度为 200m。运输大巷采用胶带运输煤炭,轨道大巷采用蓄电池电机车牵引 1.5t 固定箱式矿车运输矸石和材料等。矿井通风方式为抽出通风方式,风井布置方式为两翼对角式。关键词:矿井设计; 煤矿防尘;矿山地震学全套图纸,加 ABSTRACTThe general part is a mine of Panyi mineral 1,800,000t new well in design. 9、ork system is a three-eight system. The mining method of the mine is fully-mechanized full-seam mining face with longwall in the strike. Mineral well is one levels adopts the area expand. The level elevation is -600m, the adoption shaft expand, the main shaft used for promoting the coal primarily, t

10、he auxiliary shaft used for promoting the personnel, spoil primarily, with material etc.The colliery adopts one mine one efficiently working-face method, establish moreover a back up. The length of working-face is 200 m. The big lanel adopts belt conveyore to transport coal and storage battery elect
