1、沈阳理工大学学士学位论文I摘 要电子商务的飞速发展正极大地影响着世界各国企业的商务运作模式，在国际贸易领域越来越显示它的作用和优势。与传统商务相比，它极大地增加了贸易机会、降低了贸易成本、提高了贸易效率、增强企业的竞争力和应变能力，它是获得竞争优势的全新手段和国际贸易中竞争优势的重要组成部分，也是未来国际贸易业务运作的主要方式。鉴于国际电子商务是一项复杂的信息系统工程，因此，外贸企业发展电子商务时需进行全盘的规划和研究，以便更好地迎接挑战，保证自我的持续发展。木文选取永胜外贸公司为研究对象，首先以对有关电子商务,国际贸易电子商务的概念、现状以及特点进行了叙述，然后以永胜外贸公司背景为出发点，对
