2、 联 接 中 枢 作 用 ， 应 用 最 为 广 泛 。 用 普 通 机 床 加 工 出 来 的 产 品 普 遍 存 在 质 量 差 、品 种 少 、 档 次 低 、 成 本 高 、 供 货 期 长 ， 所 以 本 次 设 计 以 普 通 车 床 为 对 象 ， 设 计 了 一 套综 合 、 高 效 的 PLC 控 制 系 统 ， 提 高 普 通 车 床 的 生 产 效 率 、 控 制 精 度 和 产 品 质 量 。PLC（ 可 编 程 控 制 器 ） 作 为 一 种 工 业 控 制 微 型 计 算 机 ， 它 以 其 编 程 方 便 、 操 作 简单 尤 其 是 它 的 高 可 控 性 等
3、优 点 ， 在 工 业 生 产 过 程 中 得 到 了 广 泛 的 应 用 。 本 次 设计 就 是 以 PLC 控 制 系 统 取 代 传 统 的 继 电 器 -接 触 器 控 制 系 统 。文 章 首 先 介 绍 了 普 通 车 床 的 结 构 以 及 电 气 控 制 系 统 ， 然 后 介 绍 了 PLC 控 制 系 统 的硬 件 结 构 、 工 作 原 理 以 及 设 计 PLC 控 制 系 统 的 基 本 原 则 和 步 骤 ， 根 据 任 务 要 求 设 计 了PLC 控 制 系 统 ， 其 中 包 括 PLC 的 选 型 、 硬 件 设 计 以 及 软 件 设 计 等 。 最 后
