2、 文 通 过 对 中 座 的 结 构 、 材 料 、 技 术 要 求 等 的 分 析 ，在 此 基 础 上 设 计 出符 合 该 零 件 的 树脂砂砂 型 铸 造 工 艺 方 案 。 根 据 铸 造 工 艺 手 册 和 相 关 资 料 ， 确 定 加 工 余量 、 浇 注 位 置 、 分 型 面 、 分 模 面 和 铸 造 缩 率 等 相 关 参 数 ， 并 确 定 采 用 无 冒 口 浇 注 方案 ； 根 据 初 步 的 铸 造 工 艺 设 计 ， 确 定 型 芯 结 构 、 大 小 和 位 置 ； 采 用 铸 造 CAE， 模 拟 凝固 过 程 中 铸 件 的 热 节 和 缩 松 倾 向
